Angel Tree Program

Note: 2008 information will be updated closer to the start of the event.

"On Wings of an Angel, their dreams will come true."

The holiday season is rapidly approaching, bringing with it special opportunities for all of us at Macon-Hall to open our hearts and share with those in our area who are less fortunate. The Angel Tree Program provides gifts to go to children whose families might not be able to afford gifts during the holiday season. We sponsor children who attend Macon-Hall; our children's classmates.

In tough times, we unite as a community and would like to ask you to help an "Angel" and buy a child a gift for the Holiday Season. This has been a Macon-Hall Tradition since we opened our doors eight years ago. We have been so fortunate to assist dozens of families since then and continue to support our community.

Every classroom will be responsible for one child at Macon-Hall. Each Room Parent will have information on their "Angel" such as age, gender, clothing size and the "Angel's" needs or wants. Our Room Parents will then send a letter home to their class describing the "Angel's" needs! The names of our angels are always kept confidential and will not be revealed to the Room Parents.

You may send a wrapped gift with the "Angel's" identification number or send in a cash donation, if you rather the Room Parent shop for the gift.

If you are interested in volunteering to staff the Angel Tree Program, make donations, or if you just have questions, please contact Ann Drew for more information.
